The Vendors Room will be in the far section of the Rocky Mountain ballroom, we are sharing with the Art Show and Literacy Auction.

Applications are accepted March 1st to May 31st of each year.
Applications submitted after May 31st will be automatically waitlisted. 
Initial selections/decisions on applications are made and communicated to applicants by July 1st, with payment due by August 1st to secure the space.
Waitlist processing will begin August 1st.

Space Descriptions
6’x6′ space – $125
Includes one 6’x30″ table with tablecloth/table skirt and 2 chairs.
6’x12′ space – $200
Includes two 6’x30″ tables with tablecloths/table skirts and 2 chairs.
10’x10′ Space – $275
Includes two(2) 6’x30″ tables with tablecloths/table skirts and 2 chairs.
10’x12′ Space – $325
Includes three(3) 6’x30″ tables with tablecloths/table skirts and 2 chairs.
10’x18′ Space – $375
Includes four(4) 6’x30″ tables with tablecloths/table skirts and 3 chairs.
