The MileHiCon room block closes October 8, 2026. We cannot guarantee the discounted rate after this date, but you are still able to reserve rooms directly through the hotel depending on availability. If you do reserve a room after that date, please email your confirmation number and your name to hotelliaison@milehicon.org with the Subject line “Room Block” so that we can get credit for the reservation. Rooms reserved through third party applications such as Expedia cannot be credited to the room block.
Who needs sleep? If you answer this with “Me” and have a hotel reservation, you may want to consider requesting to be placed on a quiet floor. If this is for you, please email hotelliaison@milehicon.org with the Subject line “Quiet Please” and include your name and hotel confirmation in the email. We will do our best to fill one floor with attendees who want a quieter night at the hotel, however we are not able to guarantee anyone’s placement.
