Authors Row is a way for science fiction, fantasy, and horror authors to directly connect with the members of the convention. It is distinctly separate from the vendors room, in that only authors or publishers are allowed to have tables, and they can’t generally sell other merchandise – only books.
Applications are submitted from approximately March 1st to May 31st of each year (in alignment with the vendors room), so that we can make a timely determination of who gets to have tables. Selection is made by a jury, and applications will be processed starting on June 1st, with authors usually being contacted around mid-July.
Applications submitted after May 31st will be automatically waitlisted. Initial selections should be made and communicated to applicants by mid-July, with payment due by mid-August. Waitlist processing begins at the end of August.
Interested authors are encouraged to sign up for the Authors Interest email list, who will be emailed when applications are open.

The Authors Co-Op table is for authors to self-promote at MileHiCon. You can sign-up for two hour blocks at the convention. Authors who aren’t able to get an Authors Row table can generally still do a little self-promotion at the Authors’ Co-Op table.
RULES:
Pre-registration for your time is recommended, though times not selected will still be available for registration at the convention. You may only pre-register for one 2-hour period at the Co-Op table. Additional time may be available at the convention, depending on availability.
If you have a Vendor’s Room or Author’s Row spot, you cannot sign up for the Co-Op table.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your time slot, we reserve the right to allow someone else to use your time slot.
You must either purchase a MileHiCon ticket or be a program participant in order to sign-up for an Authors Co-Op spot.
