We value the safety of our Attendees, Presenters, and Volunteers. We will be following all CDC guidelines and recommendations for gatherings at the time of the convention. Here are some of the steps we are taking this year:

Please come prepared and do your part to keep everyone safe and healthy! Everyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a mask while attending MileHiCon.

To encourage social distancing, we will be reducing the number of seats available in each room. Please do not crowd the room if we have run out of seats! If you move a chair to sit next to a family member that is fine, but please move it back to its original location before leaving the room.

If you are vaccinated, be sure to pick up one of our awesome Vaccinated! ribbons to decorate your badge!

Please be aware that communicable diseases and illnesses, including, but not limited to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the common cold, may be spread through interaction with other people. MileHiCon programs may be attended by many people, making social distancing and other measures at the convention very difficult, if not impossible to practice and enforce. Please do your best to keep yourself and others safe.

Important Note: Due to COVID restrictions, Marriott cannot provide water stations in the common areas.  MileHiCon strongly recommends everyone bring their own water bottles this year!

Pre-Registration is strongly encouraged

To help with the suggested distancing requirements we expect our Registration process at-the-door to look a fair bit different this year. Pre-Registering will be the quickest way to get your badge and enjoy the convention.
SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the difficulty of maintaining distancing standards in a crowded environment we will not have our standard ConSuite available this year. There will be some limited events in the ConSuite, including Koffeeklatsches (sponsored by Programming, free) and themed maid cafe hours (provided by Cafe de La Lune, $10/person), please see the schedule for times and programming book for more information.
